Service Agreement

This Service Agreement outlines the terms under which Directing Mastery Academy provides its educational courses and related services. By enrolling in our courses, you agree to the following terms:

1. Enrollment and Payment: All course enrollments are subject to availability. Payment for courses must be made in full prior to the start date, unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept various forms of payment, including credit cards and electronic transfers.
2. Course Content: Directing Mastery Academy reserves the right to modify course content and schedules as necessary. We strive to provide high-quality instruction and relevant materials, but we do not guarantee specific outcomes or employment opportunities.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy: Students may cancel their enrollment and receive a full refund up to 14 days before the course start date. Cancellations made within 14 days of the start date will be subject to a cancellation fee of 25% of the total course fee. No refunds will be provided after the course has begun.
4. Intellectual Property: All course materials, including lectures, presentations, and handouts, are the intellectual property of Directing Mastery Academy and may not be reproduced or distributed without our written consent.
5. Code of Conduct: Students are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully at all times. Any behavior that is disruptive, offensive, or harmful to other students or instructors may result in expulsion from the course without a refund.
6. Liability: Directing Mastery Academy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in our courses. Our liability is limited to the amount of the course fees paid.
